When will I get paid?
All payouts are processed on a monthly basis, on the 15th of each month. The minimum threshold for payments is $150.
What is the amount of commission?
The commission consists of 20% of your total sale amount. The sale occurs when an End User visits DashThis.com through a Reference Link and makes payment for a DashThis product (including account subscriptions and all add-ons).
Where can I get an affiliate link?
Once you sign up for the program, we will send you your affiliate link. You can always retrieve your link by logging in to your affiliate dashboard.
Can I use promotional material?
Yes, you can use the promotional material provided by DashThis in your affiliate dashboard, in the "Assets" section. However, you cannot create your own promotional material.
What’s the referral cookie life?
The referral cookie life is 90 days. You will be credited with the referral as long as the visitor who clicked on your affiliate link signs up for a free trial within 90 days. Even after the trial ends, if the user becomes a paying customer, you will earn your commission.
Can I sign up using my own referral link?
No. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. You cannot refer yourself, your immediate family or the company you work for by using your affiliate link. The aim of our referral program is to encourage affiliates and ambassadors to spread the word about DashThis, not to get discounts.
Can I create a page or website exclusively to promote DashThis?
You can create a blog, website, page, or social media account but you cannot act as DashThis; you cannot use our logo or a misspelling of our brand name, act or communicate as a representative of DashThis. Affiliates need to be 100% independent so we can keep a strong brand consistency.
Why can’t I see my sign-ups and/or rewards?
Our tracking is based on browser cookies, so if you used a different browser/device from the visit to sign up, you cleared your cookies, you used incognito, or you signed up from your own referral link, the signup might not be tracked. If you are 100% sure the sign-ups or sales were not tracked correctly, contact us at [email protected]
Can I do paid advertising?
You may not use your affiliate link in any paid media. This includes advertisements such as search engine ads, Facebook or Instagram ads, or anything similar that would compete or otherwise cannibalize DashThis marketing and cause confusion for potential customers.
Are there limitations?
Yes. You cannot promote anything that would alter the image of DashThis, offer incentives, rebates, or coupons unless permission has been received from DashThis. You are strictly prohibited from copying any content from the DashThis.com website, using black hat or grey hat SEO, duplicate content or any unauthorized backlinking strategies or SPAM.
